Beginning American Sign Language (ASL)

Everyday communication in the centerpiece of every
lesson. Topics revolve around sharing information
about our environment and ourselves. Grammar is
introduced in context, with an emphasis on
developing question and answering skills. You will
learn conversational strategies to help you
maintain a conversation. Rehearse what you've
learned through interactive activities.
Computing A-Z: Computer Building for Hobbyists
Unleash your inner tech enthusiast in this
hands-on course where you'll learn to build and
customize your own computer. From selecting
components to assembling and troubleshooting, this
class is perfect for hobbyists eager to dive into
the world of computing.
Craft, Style and Sip Studio

Get ready for a class like no other! At Sip and
Style Studio, you will dive into a world of color,
creativity, and cups with personality. Every
project is a chance to show off your unique style,
from designing bold, custom tumblers to exploring
vibrant graphics, inspirational quotes, and fun
themes. We mix art with excitement!
Dance Fitness

Shake things up with your fitness routine!
Exercise your way to a healthy body and mind in
this low-impact class perfect for all endurance
levels. Dance Fitness will help reduce stress,
build endurance, improve self-image and increase
flexibility in a fun and judgement-free
environment. Class will combine several forms of
dance and fuse them together such as salsa, belly
dance, hip-hop and modern. Wear comfortable
workout clothing and tennis shoes.
Gardening in Central Texas

This course is designed to help you master the art
of gardening in Central Texas, a region known for
its unique climate and soil conditions. Learn how
to grow a successful garden year-round, with a
focus on what to plant and how to care for your
garden in each season. Topics include seasonal
vegetables, flowers, soil preparation, water
conservation, and pest management. Whether you're
new to gardening or looking to improve your
skills, this class will give you the knowledge and
techniques to keep your garden thriving throughout
the year.

During the class, students will be guided through and
engage in expressive painting activities designed to foster creativity,
promote inner peace and emotional relaxation,
and enhance fine motor coordination and perceptual awareness.
Through guided exploration of color, form, and texture,
learners will develop greater confidence in their artistic choices
while strengthening hand-eye coordination and create interpretation.
All materials are provided and you'll walk away with a masterpiece painting.

beginner or looking to refine your skills, you'll
enjoy learning the game in a supportive and social
environment. The course also emphasizes fitness,
coordination, and teamwork. Participants should
provide their own paddles for continued learning
at home.
Tech Savvy: Navigating Modern Technology
Stay ahead in the digital age with this
comprehensive course on modern technology. Learn
to navigate the internet safely, protect your
personal information, and use various devices and
applications with confidence.

This water aerobics class is providing a safe and low-impact way
to improve cardiovascular health, strength, and
flexibility. Using the buoyancy of water to reduce
strain on joints, participants will engage in
various exercises tailored to enhance mobility,
balance, and overall fitness. Each session
includes a warm-up, aerobic routines, and
cool-down stretches, all in a supportive and
social environment.
YOGA

This comprehensive yoga course is designed to help
participants of all skill levels develop strength,
flexibility, and mindfulness. Each session
includes a combination of physical postures, and
meditation techniques to enhance overall
well-being. You will learn various styles of yoga,
with a focus on aligning the body and calming the
mind. Join us to cultivate a deeper connection to
your body and reduce stress through the practice
of yoga.

Join us for an intergalactic yoga experience under
the starry scenescape inside the Mayborn
Planetarium at CTC. This class will integrate
basic yoga techniques with breath work creating a
cosmic meditation experience as deep skies pass
overheard and we journey together through infinite
space. It's truly magical! No yoga experience
necessary and all levels are welcome. Wear
comfortable workout clothing and tennis shoes.
Bring a yoga mat and water.
