Start now, don’t wait! Processing a financial aid file can take several weeks and it is important that students start early in the year.
Apply for admission to CTC.
Apply for financial aid each year by submitting the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Students must enter CTC's Federal School Code; 004003 and meet federal eligibility criteria. CTC will receive the FAFSA within 3-5 business days.
Check your CTC EagleMail account.
Log into Eagle Self-Service to review and complete all financial aid checklist items.
Complete requested financial aid forms through Etrieve.
Acknowledge financial aid offer in Eagle Self-Service.
Register for classes and pay any balance you may owe after financial aid is applied.
Ten days before the start date of each class (or the next business day), financial aid is released to the Business Office to pay for classes and allow bookstore charging.
