TCLEDDS (Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Data Distribution System )
The TCLEDDS is a computer-based test, certification for peace officers and jailers in the state of Texas. Examinees should contact the Testing Center to schedule a specific date to take the exams.
How much does it cost to take the TCLEDDS?
The examination fee is $25.00.
Where Do I Pay My Fees?
Testing fees must be paid with cash, credit card or money order in the Business Office. The Business Office is open Monday thru Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and is located in CTC's Student Services building. The Business Office is not open on weekends.
When Will I Get My Scores?
The Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Data Distribution System (TCLEDDS) exam are scored immediately following administration. Examinees are given an UNOFFICIAL copy of their scores.
What Do I Need To Bring With Me?
Photo identification is mandatory! You will need to bring your TCLEDDS PID number and photo ID on test day. Please do not bring any other material into the testing room.
Do NOT bring:
- Food or Drink
- Cell Phones
- Calculators or any electronic devices
- Backpacks, large bags, or purses
- Hats/Caps
If you bring any of the above listed devices they will be checked and taken up.
Child-care arrangements must be made prior to the day and time of your exam. Children are not allowed in the testing room.
