If using Tuition Assistance (TA), DO NOT register more than 60 days prior to the class start date and HQ Army Credentialing and Continuing Education Services for Soldiers (ACCESS) has strongly recommended that you register no less than ten (10) days prior to the first class day.
All Army Policies Apply - TA must be approved prior to the first class day. For more information regarding Army policies, refer to AR 621-5.

If you enroll after 1600 Central time, Monday through Thursday, you should be able to view and validate your enrollment in two calendar days.
