Born and raised in Texas. Married for thirty-five years to a military soldier. We have three children who were home schooled from start to finish. Our oldest teaches for the University of Bellevue as an Associate Professor. Our youngest is teaching English as a Second Language in Japan. We have five beautiful grandchildren.
I was a family childcare provider in an accredited home in the military for over fifteen years. Graduate of Pacific Oaks College in Pasadena California with a Master's Degree in Human Development with a specialty in Early Childhood. I am an National Early Childhood Environment Rating Scale reliable assessor and a National Program Administration Scale assessor. Currently, I am a Professional Development Consultant and Trainer with Together4Children and faculty member at Central Texas College in the Child Development Department and Department Chair.
