What if?:
- If you experience issues - HQ ACCESS has directed that you must first reach out to your assigned Army Education Center/Office for assistance.
Technical Issues:
Due to ongoing technical issues and delays with the TA approval process, CTC will continue to submit ETP requests for Soldiers who have established and ArmyIgnitED account, have an approved Education Path, have applied for admission and enrolled in classes with CTC.
