Killeen, TX- Central Texas College will host its Annual Wellness Fair, sponsored by Seton Medical Center of Harker Heights, on Wednesday, April 23rd, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm in the Anderson Campus Center (Bldg. 224). The theme for this year’s event is “Unleash Your Inner Hero.” The goal of the annual event is to promote health, wellness, safety and enjoyment in daily living.
As part of the wellness fair, Risk Management will host a silent auction, with proceeds going to the Risk Management Scholarship Fund. Scholarships are awarded to students pursuing a degree in health, mental health, fitness, emergency management and safety education.
There will be a variety of vendors onsite to provide free information on a healthy, safe, and happy lifestyle. Baylor Scott & White will be accepting blood donations to help those in need. In addition, there will be health screenings and door prizes given away throughout the event.
