Student Finance Services - Payment Methods
We want to make paying for your classes at Central Texas College as easy as possible. Here’s how you can handle your tuition:
Payment Details:
- Tuition must be paid at least 10 days before the class start date to secure your seat in class. Please remember that we offer an installment payment plan to help you manage your payments.
- You can use tuition assistance (sponsor) agreements instead of paying upfront. Just remember, you're responsible for any costs not covered by your sponsor. Please send forms to accountsreceivableTA@ctcd.edu.
Financial Tips:
- If you’re using a PELL grant, loan, or other financial aid, make sure it covers your full tuition balance.
- If you decide not to attend, officially drop your classes prior to the start date to avoid financial obligations.
- Financial Aid Balance Checks
- Balance checks are processed within 30 days from class start date, as required by federal mandates. Since Central Texas College has multiple start dates and varying class lengths, funds may be dispersed at different times for students.
Payment Methods:
- Online: Use Eagle Self-Service.
- Walk-In: Visit the Student Student Financial Services in Building 209/ Room 102B.
