Terms
- Enrolling in courses at Central Texas College signifies a financial commitment.
- To avoid financial obligation, students must officially withdraw before the first class day of any semester.

Payment Requirement
- Tuition must be paid at least 10 days before the class start date to secure your seat in class.
- Payment methods include
- financial aid,
- third-party sponsor billing,
- cash,
- check, money order
- credit card/ debit card
- and Apple and Google Pay (pay in person).

Important Notes
- Changes to your class schedule may affect tuition and fees.
- Any increased charges must be paid in full by the final day of registration to avoid withdrawal from classes.

Payment Plan
- Eligible Texas residents may request a Payment Plan Agreement.
- Requirements:
- Tuition & Fees: 1/2 (one half) + 20 is required at the time of registration.
- Additional charges from added credit hours require payment at the time of registration.
Sponsored (Third Party) Billing

For Sponsored Students
- Submit third-party letters, TA forms, or payment agreements to Student Finance Services at the time of registration.
- Central Texas College applies credits based on the terms of the sponsor agreement.
- Billing occurs after the term's census date or per the sponsor's terms.
- Students are responsible for any charges not covered by the third party.

Collection Fees
- Central Texas College may engage external collection agencies if internal efforts fail.
- Students are responsible for paying collection agency fees, which may include a percentage of the debt (up to 33%) and associated costs.

Third Time Repeat Charges
It's important to note that if you enroll in a course more than twice, or in one that's very similar in content and level, there will be a fee applied equivalent to the non-resident tuition rate. If you have any concerns or need clarification on this, please don't hesitate to contact Records and Registration.
