Student Financial Services - Holds
If you find a financial hold on your account, it’s important to reach out to our office right away. Clearing the hold ensures you can access important services like registering for classes, requesting transcripts, or graduating on time. We’re here to help guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have.
I have a hold on my account. What should I do?
Please log in to Eagle Self-Service to determine the type of hold on your student account.

I have a hold. What does it mean? How do I get it removed?
CTC is required to have your Social Security Number (SSN) or Tax Identification Number (ITIN) on file to report your 1098-T tax form to the IRS.
Until this is completed:

You won’t be able to register for classes
What to do next:

Log in to CTC Eagle Self-Service – E-Forms

Complete the W-9 form
-
If you are not a U.S. citizen and don’t have an SSN or ITIN, complete the W-9 Non-Citizen form
-
Upload your completed form with a copy of your Social Security card through E-Forms

The IRS has reported that your name and/or Social Security Number (SSN) do not match their records. This needs to be fixed so your 1098-T tax form can be reported correctly.
Until this is resolved:
