Phase 5 – Spring semester with synchronous, online and blended courses, and virtual and onsite student support services by appointment

Staffing
- All full and part-time staff and faculty working onsite or remotely as approved.
- Flexibility of scheduling will be important to maintain social distancing.
- Deans and Associate Deputy Chancellors develop schedules for their respective staff with Deputy Chancellor approval.
Instruction
- Classes delivered in synchronous virtual, online and blended formats.
- Faculty will be prepared to move courses completely online, if necessary.
- Adult Education classes and services provided on limited basis.
- Select Continuing Education programs and courses will be offered.
Student Support
- In person student support services delivered by appointment only in accordance with social distancing guidelines.
- Remote services will continue to be available.
- Library services provided onsite in accordance with CDC and state guidelines.
Ancillary Services
- Bookstore provides in-store, online services and curbside pick-up in accordance with CTC health and safety protocols.
- Residence Hall closed until further notice.
- Child Development Center open in accordance with CDC and state guidelines.
- Food services open with pick-up, delivery and dine-in service in accordance with CDC and state guidelines.
- Planetarium open in accordance with CDC and state guidelines.
- Natatorium and Physical Education Center open for limited use in accordance with CDC and state guidelines.
- Central campus facilities not open for use by general public. Any request for internal use of campus facilities during the spring must be approved in writing by the Chancellor.
- Campus is open while maintaining social distancing guidelines.
- Computer labs, study rooms, and dining room (B156 - Campus Center, first floor only) open in accordance with social distancing guidelines. All other common areas will remain closed.
