Veteran Advising Resources
Central Texas College is proud to assist our military community. If you plan to use military benefits, select the description below that best matches your location and courses (online/classroom). Whether you are in Texas, another state, or overseas we have specific offices that will certify your courses to Veterans Affairs (VA).
After you register for courses, complete the Veterans Enrollment Certificate (VEC) Please review the information below:
- Submit VEC each time you register for courses
- Attach DD-214, Member 4 (no longer active duty)
- Submit your VEC: under "Destination" scroll to Texas (by last name)
- If you drop or withdraw from courses, please email Veterans.Services@ctcd.edu
- If additional information is needed, you will be contacted by email
- IMPORTANT: Chapter 35 benefits: VA File Number is required (Sponsor's SSN number)
