If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact the bookstore at 254-526-1219 or ctc.books@ctcd.edu. If you have not yet purchased your gown, make sure to contact the bookstore as soon as possible.
Regalia
To participate in the ceremony, you must be dressed in the appropriate cap and gown. Tassels are worn to the right. You will be prompted to move your tassel to the left toward the end of the ceremony. Accessories are limited to the Central Texas College issued cords and/or pins; and stoles, tassels, cords, and medallions representing membership in CTC sponsored honor societies. Decoration of mortarboards must be academic in nature and affiliated with your program of study or celebration as a CTC graduate.
Photography
A professional photographer from Flash Photography will be at the ceremony to take a photograph as you receive your diploma. Flash Photography will send you a proof and an order form in the mail. However, if you requested your name and address not to be released by the college, you will not receive a proof and order form in the mail. Please do not invite other professional photographers to the ceremony. Any professional photographers other than Flash Photography will not be allowed.
Family and guests are allowed to take photographs from their seats. However, no one is allowed to block the aisles or enter the arena floor to take photographs during the ceremony.

Diplomas
You will not receive your diploma at the ceremony but will be handed a CTC graduation folder to keep. Once all requirements are complete then the diploma will be mailed to you via Parchment, our 3rd party vendor. Parchment will send an email and text notification with instructions for electronically claiming your credential. The printed diploma will be sent to the address listed on the graduation application in 3-4 weeks.
Please notify the Graduation office at graduation.info@ctcd.edu in writing if you have had an address and/or telephone number change since you applied for graduation or if you have questions in reference to your degree requirements.

Graduation Etiquette
- College staff will organize the Graduation Ceremony. Please follow their instructions at all times.

- If you arrive after the processional, you will be seated provided you are in your cap and gown.
