Applications are accepted on May 1st for the fall semester, October 1st for the spring semester, and April 1st for the summer semester. Instructions for submitting the application are included below. Before enrolling in Developmental Math/Reading/Writing, students should complete the TSI Assessment to be properly placed in classes. Please visit Testing Services to get information about testing at CTC.
Before following the link to the student e-forms portal, please have the following information. Any discrepancies or omitted information will slow the application process. All of the information can be easily obtained through your WebAdvisor portal.
You will also be asked to write a short paragraph about what makes you a good candidate for the course. This paragraph will help us determine your initiative and desire to be in the course. This program is made for those people willing to do the extra work and go the extra mile to complete a task.

Applications may be sent early, but the NCBO Coordinator will start responding after the following dates:
