The Academic Studio provides solution-focused tutoring and academic support services.

Online and Face-to-Face & Virtual Tutoring

• Tutoring sessions are offered virtually or in-person (Bldg. 220, 2nd floor)
• All tutoring services are FREE for Central Texas College students
• Students are expected to come prepared for tutoring sessions. Bring textbooks, course syllabus, notes, assignments, instructions and/or other study and course related materials.
• Appointments are scheduled in one-hour increments
  • Tutoring sessions are a maximum of two hours per day. First meeting of the day is a one-hour session. Additional tutoring sessions are 30 minutes each up to a total of two hours. Additional time is based on tutor availability.
• Study Group Sessions (5 students Max)
• Walk in services are available based on tutor availability

How do I schedule an appointment?

There are four ways to schedule an appointment:

• Use TracCloud to Schedule your appointment. (Follow the instructions on the dashboard after logging in)
• Email the Academic Studio at ssuccess@ctcd.edu
• Call the Academic Studio at 254-526-1580
• Visit the Academic Studio in Bldg. 220 Second Floor Room 201 and request a tutor

CTC Student ID is required for all services.
