Oveta Culp Hobby Memorial Library Endowed Scholarship
Criteria for the Scholarship
- An approved degree plan for an Associate’s Degree from Central Texas College
- Must have completed at least one English class and have participated in a library event or have been published in the CTC publication BYWAYS to be considered for the award
- Must have at least 15 semester hours at CTC
- Must have a GPA of at least 3.0
- Selected applicant in one semester may continue to receive the award in subsequent semesters, provided the student maintains a GPA of 3.0 and reapplies for the scholarship
- Final selection of the scholarship recipients(s), the amount, the number of awards shall be made by the CTC Foundation Standing Committee for Recognition and Awards based on available distributions from the endowment
