Attention: If you requested a CTC Transcript prior to 04/23/20, your transcript will be processed through the CTC Central Campus Outgoing Transcript department. If you resubmit another request through Clearinghouse, CTC cannot reimburse you for any fees charged. Please email outgoing.transcripts@ctcd.edu if you have any questions.

National Student Clearinghouse gives you the option to attach any required forms to your request such as NursingCAS, CASPA, AACOMAS, LSAC, PTCAS, OTCAS, SOPHAS, etc. form.

- Under the Academics and Registration section
- Click on Eagle Self-Service
- Select Student Planning
- Click on the Student Planning dropdown menu

Due to privacy restrictions, we are not allowed to disclose any specific information regarding your transcripts over the phone and/or via email.
The Systems Registrar may deny your transcript request if you have any outstanding obligations to Central Texas College. Obligations include but are not limited to: library fine, parking ticket, returned check, or non-repayment of financial aid.
