Non-Refund Policy: Payments made to cover mailing fees are non-refundable. Due to the large volume of transcript requests received, any payment submitted will be processed although you may later decide to change your request to regular mail, cancel your request, or pick up the transcript in person. Please ensure that your transcript should be sent Priority or Express before making the request and payment.

Current students who have attended CTC within the past 2 years can now access our eForms to request their transcripts.
If you are requesting a transcript to be sent via Express mail or Priority mail, if eligible to access eForms please use our eForm link and pay through PayPal. Please return to the eForm and click send to ensure your request form reaches our department. You are eligible to use eForms if you applied for admission on January 1, 2014, or later or enrolled in a CTC college-level course that ended January 1, 2014, or later.
If ineligible to use eForm option above, please complete the Transcript Request Form to request your transcript. Please be sure to sign the form with either a hand written signature or a certified digital signature. Certified digital signatures must bear the certification stamp. Typed signatures are not acceptable.

Limit for personal transcripts is five. If you need more than five, we will send them directly to the institution.
Please note that a transcript request form is required when submitting a NursingCAS, CASPA, AACOMAS, LSAC, PTCAS, OTCAS, SOPHAS, etc. form.
To request a transcript in person, please stop by Bldg. 119, Rm. 202B (upstairs). Students will need to present a valid photo ID. If mailing the transcript, student must provide the full name and address of person, institution, business, or place of employment. The student may also hand carry their transcripts upon receipt; limit is five transcripts, unofficial or official, at the window. If someone other than the student will order/pick up the transcript(s), they must have written permission from the student or a copy of their Power of Attorney which will be kept with the request in the Transcript Department. The written authorization must:
- be dated
- name the student specifically
- include the student’s ID/SSN
- be signed by the student
- name the person being given permission to pick up/order the transcript, and
- include a clear copy of the student's photo ID (non-military) to verify signature.
The person picking up/ordering the transcript must also present a valid photo ID.
UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS: An unofficial transcript can be found in the "Student" section of WebAdvisor by following the steps below:
Military: If you are military, you are able to obtain an unofficial copy through email. However, the request has to come from your military email address, as this serves as your signature (unofficial by email only). The unofficial transcript may only be sent to your military email account and not your personal email account (Yahoo, GMail, AOL, Hotmail, etc.). You will still need to provide us with all the necessary information required on the transcript request form. If you are unable to access your military email for any reason, you will need to revert back to the original means of requesting a transcript through mail or fax.
If you are paying for priority or express mail, provide your credit card information at the bottom of the transcript request form. Please make sure your signature is on the release of transcript line along with the credit card holder line.
All faxed transcripts are considered unofficial, and mailed transcripts are considered official.
Please allow 2-5 business days (not including weekends and holidays) to process the transcript request. Please allow up to two weeks from the time your transcript is mailed out to reach its destination, as all mail is sent through the United States Postal Service. Due to the high volume of requests received each day, we DO NOT confirm receipt of requests.You may check the status of your transcript request through your WebAdvisor approximately 5 days after the request is made.
- Due to privacy restrictions, we are not allowed to disclose any specific information regarding your transcripts over the phone and/or via email.
- The Systems Registrar may deny your transcript request if you have any outstanding obligations to Central Texas College. Obligations include but are not limited to: library fine, parking ticket, returned check, non-repayment of financial aid, or failure to comply with admissions requirements.
