To have transfer credit applied to your Central Texas College (CTC) transcript, official transcripts from previously attended institutions must be sent to CTC. Official transcripts (within a sealed envelope from the institution) may be dropped off in the Incoming Transcripts department (Bldg. 209, Room 225), mailed to CTC, or sent electronically if the transfer institution participates in an approved electronically delivery system or the SPEEDE program. If the institution requires an email address to deliver an official college or high school transcript, please use Incoming.Transcripts@ctcd.edu. College transcripts that are faxed will not be accepted as official. High school transcripts that are faxed directly from the high school can be accepted as official.

Transferring Credit
Transfer of credit from regionally accredited colleges and universities may be accepted when the grade earned is "C" or better and courses are lower-division.
