Campus housing students must purchase a five-day meal plan. The cost of the meal plan does not include weekends or time between the spring, summer and fall semesters, Thanksgiving break, winter break and spring break.

*In some cases, students can purchase a room plan for housing over a break period.  This is a separate cost.  Information will be sent via email prior to the upcoming break.

Room and Board fees* must be paid before moving into housing. Housing costs can be covered by most forms of financial aid.

All housing payments and questions about payments must be made to Student Financial Services at 254-526-1217. Please DO NOT send payments to campus housing.

Fall 2025 & Spring 2026 (Semester Rates – 16 weeks of classes):

• Double-Occupancy Room – $3,266

Summer 2026 (Semester Rates – 10 weeks of classes):
Room and a five-day meal plan, including tax (15-meals, Monday through Friday)

• Single-Occupancy Room – $2,427
• Double-Occupancy Room – $2,226

CATE Skills Center (Monthly Rates*):
Room and a five-day meal plan, including tax (15-meals, Monday through Friday)

• Single-Occupancy Room – $991/month
• Double-Occupancy Room – $876/month

*Students must be enrolled in a CATE Center program to be eligible for the monthly rate.
