Student Identification Cards
Do you need a new student ID or CTC employee ID card?
The ID card office is located in the Enrollment Services Bldg. 209, at the information desk.
Your first student ID is free and can be issued any time during the semester you're attending. You will need to bring a photo ID and a copy of your class schedule
Lost/stolen ID cards: A $5 fee is required to replace a lost or stolen ID card and payment will be made at the Business Office in the Enrollment Services, Bldg.209.
Student Requirements:
- Must be registered with a zero balance (or a payment plan in place).
- Must be able to receive ID in person.
Your ID card is used in many ways:
- Serves as your library card.
- Required if purchasing books at the bookstore using financial aid or veteran benefits.
- Provides access to enter the Student Lounge in the Student Center.
- Access to receive tutoring at the Academic Studio-Student Success Center,
- Access the CTC Physical Education Center (gym).
- Additionally, if you wish to participate in intramural sports, you are required to present a current student ID.
ADN/LVN Students that are accepted into CTC's Department of Health Sciences programs must relinquish their student ID to receive a student nurse ID. ID's are required in order to access clinicals for various programs.
