If you need additional assistance or support to ensure your academic successes consider the following options:
- Visit the Academic Studio for subject tutoring, study skills, and other academic support or Email the Advising Success Coordinator.
- Stop by the Central Campus Library for additional resources and help, or use the Chat Live with a Librarian feature.
- Meet with a Guidance and Counseling Academic Advisor to review your academic goals and current degree plan.
- Talk with a Mental Health Counselor on ways to reduce stress and find coping methods.
Feeling overwhelmed during the semester is not uncommon. Central Texas College provides a lot of programs and services to help you to develop behaviors that will reduce stress and overwhelming feelings. Start your journey in stress reduction by contacting a member of your Success Team.
