Current Central Texas College students are able to use services offered through the Oveta Culp Hobby Memorial Library located on CTC's central campus in Killeen. Electronic Resources, Ask a Librarian, and paper proofreading are just a few of the services offered free of charge to current students.

Fort Novosel Center Library
The Fort Novosel Center Library is located just minutes away from the Fort Novosel Education Center. Library accounts are available to all military and government civilian ID card holders. Please visit the Center Library website for current hours and services.
U.S. Army Aviation Technical Library
The Fort Novosel Technical Library is located just minutes away from the Fort Novosel Education Center. The Technical Library specializes in research materials, including CLEP study guides, and has Wi-Fi, scanners, copiers, and other equipment available. Study rooms are also available to ID holders.
