Departmental mission statement

The mission of the Central Texas College Office Technology Department is to provide students a variety of educational programs with opportunities to prepare them for employment in professional and medical office careers.

About us

The Office Technology Department offers educational paths for meaningful careers in professional and health-related office settings. Students master state-of-the-art computer software applications as well as communication and interpersonal skills to equip them for employment in the global workforce.

Our stackable degree and certificate offerings are grouped into our Office Technology Programs and Medical Office Technology Programs.  The courses in these programs are offered in traditional (face-to-face and blended/on campus), online (Blackboard) and open entry (Career and Technology Education (CATE) Center) delivery methods.
