Degrees and Certificates

Our program is for students preparing to enter the graphic arts and printing career field. The program provides entry-level, industry-validated “hands-on” instruction to prepare students to be successful in the graphics and printing industry job market. Studies include basic shop skills, graphic design, publication layout, composition, digital publishing (IBM and Mac compatible), photo manipulation, typography, prepress techniques, press operations, bindery and finishing operations and portfolio development. The program uses the latest graphic design software and printing technology equipment.

Certificates can be completed in as little as two semesters and students can continue adding credits to achieve additional certificates and an associate of applied science degree.
