Fifty-one unfurnished apartments are available for CTC and Texas A& M University Central Texas full-time students who are married or single parents with dependent children. The apartment complex offers modern amenities to include major kitchen appliances, paid utilities (water, gas, trash and sewage), a playground and free Internet services. Washers and dryers are provided in a shared utility room at no cost. Tenants are billed for electricity monthly. Telephone and cable television are available in each apartment at the tenant's expense.
