The Deputy Chancellor for Resource Management is the cognizant executive officer for this division. Business Services oversees the following administrative departments:

    Auxiliary Services

  • Bookstore
    The campus Bookstore carries new and used textbooks, supplies, trade books, and general merchandise for the convenience of students, faculty, and staff.

  • Food Services
    Food Services' goal is to serve well-balanced and nutritional meals at a reasonable price. The food court, snack bar, and bakery operations provide full meals or a la carte entrees. The facilities are open to the public. View our Catering Menu.
  • Housing
    Central campus housing consists of a residence hall and student apartments. The co-ed residence hall provides space for 120 full-time students. Supervision is provided by a full-time Lead Resident Assistant who is responsible for daily operations as well as educational and social activities. Student apartments are available for married couples and single parents with children.

  • Reprographics
    Reprographics provides printing and high-speed duplicating services for the College District. Products include forms, stationery, business cards, instructional materials, documents, brochures, flyers, etc.

  • Inventory Management
    Maintains the fixed assets inventory for all campuses, sites, and departments and conducts periodic sales of excess and obsolete equipment.

  • Mail & Distribution
    Processes all U.S. mail according to United States Postal Service (U.S.) regulations, for the pickup and delivery of all mail and distribution generated by the Texas campuses, and serve as the point of reference for all matters pertaining to mail and distribution.
  • Purchasing
    Ensures that all purchasing functions of the College are carried out according to federal and state regulations and CTC Board of Trustees' guidance. More . . .
  • Shipping & Receiving
    Receives and delivers all materials requested by the Central, Fort Hood, and Service Area campuses.
