Application for Admission

HOW TO APPLY

Army Students

Active Duty Army students using tuition assistance (TA) apply through the GoArmyEd portal.


Texas Residents (excluding Active Duty Army using TA)

Texas residents may download and complete a downloadable hard copy of the application to be mailed, faxed or hand-carried to a CTC location OR may apply online.

Out-of-State Students (excluding Active Duty Army using TA)

DOWNLOADABLE: Applications submitted to the Admissions department in Building 119 will be processed within 24 hours.

Please follow these steps in completing and submitting your application.

  1. Complete the CTC Application for Admission:

    • Print blank form, complete with black ink or typewriter and mail as directed below.
      • OR
    • Complete the form online, save it, and print multiple copies (to mail or for your records).
    • You cannot submit the form online due to the signature requirement. Print and mail, or scan and fax/email a copy with signature as directed below.

  2. Attach any required documents.

  3. Sign and date all forms and send to:
    • Texas Students:

    • Continental & International CTC Site Students:

    • Remote Distance Learners (not located near a CTC site office):
      You will receive a confirmation email from an Online Mentor upon receipt of your Application for Admission.

ONLINE: Applications submitted through ApplyTexas should be received within 2-3 business days with an additional processing time of between 1 and 2 weeks, depending on the volume received from ApplyTexas.

ApplyTexas Online

  • Electronic applications are sent to the Admissions Office at the Central Campus in Killeen, Texas. Help us by entering the CTC location you plan to attend at the end of the Common Application.
  • First-time users should Create an Account to get started.
  • Then click on “Create a New Application Now” and then select “Create a New 2-Year College Admissions Application”
  • Select Central Texas College District from the list of Target Colleges.
