Application for Admission

Please follow these steps in completing and submitting your application.

1. Complete the CTC Application for Admission:

   • Print blank form, complete with black ink or typewriter and mail as directed below.
     
   OR
   • Complete the form online and print multiple copies (to mail or for your records). You cannot save data typed into this form.
   • Mail a printed copy as directed below.
   
   
   • Students enrolling in Hospitality Programs must submit a Certification of Contract Rate
     
     
   • International (foreign-born) students applying to the Texas campus must visit International Student Services.
     
     
2. Attach any required documents.
