Registration Help

Any academic advisor can answer most registration-related questions. If a problem exists with registration or when requesting a specific class, Webadvisor will give you one of the error messages listed below. You will also find referrals to the appropriate office for assistance.

     Financial Aid

     Fort Hood Campus  
  • Contact the dean, Fort Hood office at 254-526-1903 to resolve this issue.
The Fort Hood campus is located in Bldg. 3201 on Fort Hood.
     Guidance and Counseling  
  • Course prerequisites have not been started.
  • This course is a repeat and does not meet the allowed grades requirement.
  • Your GPA does not allow you to register. Please contact your local CTC office/academic advisor.
