Withdrawals and Tuition Refunds

GoArmyEd students are required to withdraw from their CTC Europe courses through the GoArmyEd Portal.  All other students must submit an Application for Withdrawal.  Students will need to obtain signatures from both their instructor and Education Center personnel on the Application for Withdrawal form.

Tuition refunds may be provided depending upon when a student withdraws from a course in accordance with the following schedule:

  •  100% Refund before the first day of the term or semester.
  •  75% Refund if not more than 18.75% of the term or semester has elapsed.
  •  25% Refund if not more than 25% of the term or semester has elapsed.
  •  5% Refund if not more than 60% of the term or semester has elapsed.
  •  0% Refund if more than 60% of the term or semester has elapsed.
