Logging into the databases requires specific steps. The username is the small letter “c” followed by the first seven digits of your CTC id number. For example, c0246891. Password is your initials capitalized, followed by your birthday in a 2 digit format.
For example, Abigail Smith, November 5, 1988 would be AS110588. The complete login is:
c0246891
AS110588
You can then search subsequent databases without having to log in again.
