Central Texas College works with more than 25 military installations in the U.S. to offer educational opportunities to service members, their families and civilian employees. In addition to classroom courses, CTC site representatives can assist students with distance learning registration, allowing them to access a full range of degree programs.


Students are encouraged to follow the Central Texas College complaint process by contacting college personnel at the location where instruction is being conducted or by using the online student complaint form.

Title IX

Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (“Title IX”)2 is a federal civil rights law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in federally funded education programs and activities.  Title IX protects students, employees, applicants for admission and employment, and other persons from all forms of sex (gender) discrimination, including acts of sexual harassment and relationship violence.
