Obtaining a CTC Transcript

Student records are confidential. The Systems Registrar may deny your transcript request if you have an outstanding obligation to Central Texas College. The obligation may be due to a library fine, parking ticket, returned check, non-repayment of financial aid, or failure to comply with admissions requirements.
Please note: Credit Card processing can take an additional 5 business days to process before the transcript is sent.
ALL faxed transcripts are UNOFFICIAL. ALL mailed transcripts are OFFICIAL.

There are several ways to request your CTC transcripts:
FEES:
- The initial copy of a CTC transcript is free; additional copies are $3.00 each.
- $3 - each additional request
- $5 -- for CTC to fax a transcript
- $5 - Additional fee for same day service for walk-in students per transcript requested.
The time period that should be allowed for transcript processing is as follows:
- Due to conversion from one system to another the processing time for transcripts has increased
- When requesting a transcript to be faxed or mailed, please allow at least 4-5 business days for processing. Please allow additional time for USPS mail processing.
- Requests are honored as quickly as possible in the order of receipt. During peak periods such as registration and the end of a semester, transcript processing may take additional time. Older transcripts (before 1994) require additional time to process. Please make requests well in advance.
