We no longer charge a $3 transcript service fee. However, Express and/or Priority mailing charges do remain as indicated on the Transcript request form.

Student records are confidential. The Systems Registrar may deny your transcript request if you have an outstanding obligation to Central Texas College. The obligation may be due to a library fine, parking ticket, returned check, non-repayment of financial aid, or failure to comply with admissions requirements.
Please note: Credit Card processing can take an additional 5 business days to process before the transcript is sent. ALL faxed transcripts are UNOFFICIAL. ALL mailed transcripts are OFFICIAL.

view the status of their transcript request in Webadvisor. |
TRANSCRIPT REQUEST FORM
The time period that should be allowed for transcript processing is as follows:
- When requesting a transcript to be faxed or mailed, please allow at least
4-5 business days for CTC's processing time. Credit card payment option can delay rather than expedite your request up to 5 business days.
- Requests are honored as quickly as possible in the order of receipt. During peak periods such as registration and the end of a semester, transcript processing may take additional time. Older transcripts (before 1994) require additional time to process. Please make requests well in advance.
- Due to the high volume of requests received, we do not confirm receipt of requests.
*Due to privacy issues, we are unable to answer questions regarding specific transcripts over the phone and/or email.
