ONLINE REGISTRATION (Payment is due at time of registrations via credit card)

***Students who are using a 3rd-party or voucher to pay for classes must contact the Continuing Education Office to register. Please call (254) 526-1586 or email continue.education@ctcd.edu.

(New Student)

  1. Begin by completing the Demographics/Residency form.
  2. Click on this link to initiate registration as a non-credit student through Continuing Education Registration.
  3. Following registration, expect a separate email from  Eagle Self-Service support containing your password.
  4. Utilize your CTC ID and password to log into Eagle Self-Service.

(Returning Student)

  1. Log into Eagle Self-Service using your CTC ID and password.
  2. Access the Continuing Education Registration page within Eagle Self-Service to complete the registration process.

EAGLE SELF-SERVICE registration tips:

  1. On the side of the webpage click the academics tab.
  2. Scroll down to Continuing Education Registration Tab and click.
  3. Access the Continuing Education Registration Tab page within Eagle Self-Service to complete the registration process.

Parents Registering Minor Students (College for Kids).

  1. Follow the instructions above for registering a new or returning student with the minor student's information. Please list parent info for contact information.

Once you receive your CTC ID, you will be able to log in at any time to Eagle Self-Service to view courses that your enrolled in.

Continuing Education Office Hours:

  • Mon-Thur: 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
  • Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
  • Summer Hours: Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Important Registration Information:

  • Registration is only considered complete upon payment of fees. Your class position is not guaranteed until payment is made.
  • Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel classes with insufficient enrollment.
  • The registration form must include the student's Social Security number.
